Glass slipper Luxe package(Full Planning) This couple wants it all. Our glass slipper luxe package covers all aspects of your wedding day --from venue selection, wedding design, assistance with bride and groom styling, wedding budget assistance, vendor selection and more. We help you get everything right from “Yes” to “I do.” This package only includes up 12 hours of wedding day coordination. • In person meeting and venue walk through• Wedding consultations with WBN via telephone/email/video chat• Budget allocation and management • Assistance with wedding guest accommodations• Creation of theme, color, style and complete wedding design(color pallet, lighting, florals, cake, rentals, backdrop, room layout etc).• Research and selection of wedding vendors that fit your event style and budget• Attendance at vendor appointments• Wedding etiquette advice and suggestions• Timeline development and management of wedding planning      process and process• Corresponding with vendors on your behalf• Assist with invitations & mailing*• Wedding registry assistance• Reception seating chart• Wedding rehearsal supervision*• Wedding Day Coordination included

 

 

​Luxe Package( Partial Planning) So you’ve booked your wedding venue and even found a wedding dress but there are still a few things left to do. We’ll review your wedding budget, offer vendor recommendations, design suggestions and wedding planning guidance.  This package includes up to 10 hours of wedding day coordination• In person meeting and venue walk through• Wedding consultations with WBN via telephone/email/video chat• Budget allocation and management • Assistance with wedding guest accommodations• Creation of theme, color, style and complete wedding design(color pallet, lighting, florals, cake, rentals, backdrop, room layout etc).• Research and selection of wedding vendors that fit your event style and budget• Attendance at vendor appointments. The Cinderella Luxe Experience  Wedding Day Coordinator :  You’ve chosen the wedding flowers, tasted the cake and finalized your guest list. When your special day arrives, let us take care of the rest. We will handle every aspect of your wedding day- from managing vendors and venues to smoothing out last-minute details. We make sure that your day is stress free.  • Assistance with last-minute tasks up to 4-6 weeks before "I Do"• Unlimited contact via email, phone, text, and video chat• 1 in person meetings or virtual meeting • Visit  both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding day• Check ins to make sure everything is going as planned• Development of a detail wedding timeline so everyone is on the same page• Follow-up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day• Wedding Rehearsal Supervision for 1 hour (additional fees will apply after 1 hour).• On-Site  wedding coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding• Vendor management- we coordinate with all contracted to vendors. We confirm their arrival time so the Bride and the groom can be stress free. We arrive in time to hang up your bridal gown. We lay out your accessories. We assist the bride with getting ready. We assist the groomsmen with their boutonnières . We do a dress, bow tie, and tie check! we care about every detail • We direct the ushers with seating and program handouts.• We prompt the bridal party when it time to walk down the aisle• We assist making sure that bridal party and family are ready for photographs• We direct the Maid of honor and the Best Man when it's time to give their speech​Second coordinator is required for 200 or more wedding guests $300​
